Your words don’t leave a trace you didn’t ask for.

Reword That is built so you can use it freely without leaving anything behind. The promises below aren’t just policy — they’re enforced in the product’s code.

Our promises

Use it without an account — nothing is stored

When you reword text or draft a reply without signing in, we process the request and return the result. We do not save your input, the result, or anything about it. This is enforced in code: the reword and reply endpoints only write history when a request is authenticated.

Screenshots and images are never stored

When you capture or upload an image, we read the text from it and return that text. The image itself is never written to disk or a database — it is processed in the request and discarded. The vision endpoint has no storage path at all.

Your history is yours alone

If you sign in, your rewords are saved to your account so you can find them later. Those rows are tied to your user id and protected by row-level security, so no other user — and no casual query — can read them.

What we process

To reword text, draft replies, transcribe voice, or read screenshots, your input is sent to our service and to the AI provider that performs the task. It is used only to produce your result and is not used to train models. We do not sell your data.

What we store

Nothing, unless you create an account and are signed in. For signed-in users we store your reword history (your input, the result, the tone, and where it came from) so the dashboard can show it back to you. You can delete your history at any time.

Service providers

We use an AI provider to perform rewording and image text extraction, and (for signed-in users) a database provider to store your history securely. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and do not receive more than is needed to perform the task.

Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your account data. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under regulations such as GDPR or CCPA. Contact us to exercise any of them.
